You and Me. 01

Today I'm starting what I hope with be somewhat of a series on DM. A feature on couples that focuses a little on what they're wearing and a whole lot on them. Who better to start with than G-man and myself?

Gary and I go to the same university and met through some close friends. One night he invited me over for dinner, which ended with homemade ice cream. I knew I liked him when I walked up his steps and could hear him singing Elvis through the door. His apartment was cozy with its eaves and smelled warm like spices. We talked all night, and have been dancing in the kitchen together ever since.

Our outfits ended up being a little bit of guesswork to figure out where the pieces originated. We hit up the thrift stores or the goodwill for most of the things we own. But now it's cold again after these past few freak, coat-less days. Gary and I were walking around town when we found this fire escape and decided to take a bunch of pictures. It was the kind of spontaneous find that doesn't happen when your cooped up inside during a winter. It's making me long for spring already.
